After the release of Dick Sandwich, Frenzal Rhomb's original drummer, Karl, was replaced by a younger (and less scary looking) Nat. Many say Nat was the life of Frenzal Rhomb, as his charismatic nature and head exploding energy really added to their on-stage performance. He drums on their releases from Coughing Up A Storm right until the very latest releases from Meet The Family. As a side-project, Nat was also in a band called Quadbox.

So what happened to Nat?

According to Chris Moses, Frenzal Rhomb's legendary manager, Nat left cos "...he was a cunt". When asked for a more detailed explanation he said, "Nat had been threatening to quit the band for a number of months. After a lot of fucking around, he finally made up his mind that he'd join the band on the 98 U.S. Vans Warped tour then quit, but we weren't gonna let him join the whole tour then piss off, so we kicked him out and got Gordy."

Nat's story was just the same. He sais he had actually quit 4 or so times but kept coming back until finally they just told him to piss off already. He did say that there are no hard feelings between him and the band, "They're cunt's, I'm a cunt, we're all cunts!" Nat is now full time upfront in Quadbox, aiming at making it big... again.
